Gear 247 provides automotive performance builds, maintenance, and consultation services. All work is performed at our facility in Highland Park, NJ. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.

Any estimates or quotes provided — whether in person, by phone, or by email — are good-faith assessments based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the course of the work. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

3. Payment

Payment for all services is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the start of a job. We reserve the right to require a deposit for large or complex builds at our discretion.

Gear 247 does not process payments through its website. All payments are handled in person at our facility.

Vehicles will not be released until payment has been received in full. Gear 247 reserves the right to exercise a mechanic's lien on any vehicle with an outstanding balance in accordance with New Jersey law.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By leaving your vehicle in our care, you confirm that you are the registered owner or have authorization from the registered owner to authorize the work. You agree to maintain valid insurance on your vehicle during the period it is in our facility.

Gear 247 is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, unrelated damage, or the loss of personal items left in the vehicle.
